By accessing or using the VesselNow website, services, and software (\u201cService\u201d) provided by Global Marine Technology Services (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.<\/p>\n

2. Description of Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

VesselNow is a maritime dashboard system that visualises NMEA and vessel data. The Service includes the VesselNow application (including trial and licensed use), the vesselnow.io website, license and trial management, and optional FleetView features. You may use the Service only in accordance with your license or trial terms.<\/p>\n

3. Accounts and License<\/strong><\/p>\n

Use of the VesselNow application may require a valid license or trial. You are responsible for keeping your license key and account details secure. We may suspend or revoke access if these Terms or your license terms are breached.<\/p>\n

4. Acceptable Use<\/strong><\/p>\n

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse-engineering or circumventing license checks; reselling or redistributing the Service without authorisation; using the Service for any unlawful purpose; or interfering with the operation of the Service or other users.<\/p>\n

5. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n

VesselNow, the VesselNow logo, and related materials are owned by Global Marine Technology Services or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership; only a limited right to use the Service as permitted by your license.<\/p>\n

6. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Service is provided \u201cas is\u201d. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular maritime or operational use. You use vessel data and the Service at your own risk.<\/p>\n

7. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profit, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.<\/p>\n

8. Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified by email or a notice on the website.<\/p>\n
